PURPOSE:
Consists of providing vending machines, drink and snack products, microwaves, coin changers, service, support and maintenance in various County facilities. Vending services will offer a variety of selections including healthy options for County employees and guests. Two (2) proposals were received.

Recommend award to the highest scoring proposer:

Estimated Revenue: Year 1 - 21% of sales
Years 2-5 - 22% of sales
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
