PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on August 23, 2022, for an amount not to exceed $3,045,848.00. This contract consists of the construction and expansion of the GCCS at the Seminole Road Landfill. This request seeks to increase the contract term through December 31, 2024 to allow for completion of the flare yard upgrades and needed modifications that were discovered during the final walk-through at the landfill.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Carlson Environmental Consultants, PC, 305 South Main Street, Monroe, NC 28112
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
