PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC, on December 8, 2020, to five (5) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $3,500,000.00. On July 11, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to extend the contracts to allow new work assignments to continue to be made and completed during the contract term for a total amount not to exceed $1,527,622.20. On May 14, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to allow for the transfer of funds between the contracts based on the needs of the County. This request seeks approval to increase the contract funds through December 31, 2025. This will allow for new work assignments to be made and completed during the contract term.

This substitute is submitted to revise the requested increases, various entries, and supporting documentation.
