PURPOSE:
To transfer $17,062.56 from the District 6 Reserve for Appropriation to the District 6 Operating Budget for District 6 Staff Office Maintenance & Repairs
NEED/IMPACT:
District 6 staff office was in dire need of renovations. The furniture was too large for the space and restricted functionality. It is not known when walls and flooring had been painted or replaced. Renovations began in May with painting and new floors, furniture is pending delivery and installation.
Budget and Finance has reviewed this request and provided the appropriate funding sources.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Increase appropriations for the following accounts by the amount indicated below:
Non-Departmental - Unincorporated Fund - Transfer to General Fund (09130.611100.272.0000.000 - $17,062.56 Board of Commissioners - General Fund - Maintenance & Repairs (00206.522201.100.0000.0000) - $17,062.56
Decrease appropriations for the following account by the amount indicated below:
Non-Departmental - Unincorporated Fund - Reserve for Appropriation (09130.579002.272.0000.0000) - $17,062.56
Increase revenue anticipations for the following account by the amount indicated below:
Non-Departmental Revenue - General Fund - Transfer from Unincorporated Fund (00005.391272.100.0000.0000) - $17,062.56

To approve and transfer $17,062.56 from the District 6 Reserve for Appropriations to the District 6 Operating Budget to reimburse necessary staff office renovations.
