PURPOSE:
Awarded on January 17, 2024, for an amount not to exceed $60,218.40. On December 10, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $60,218.40. Consists of the annual rental of vehicles utilized for special operations by Police Services (PS). This request seeks to renew the rental agreement and increase funding through September 29, 2026.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 with:
Budget Car & Truck Rental of Atlanta, 1110 Northchase Pkwy., Ste. 200, Marietta, GA 30067
Amount Not To Exceed: $60,218.40
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
