PURPOSE:
To approve the resolution to amend the Board of Commissioners Standing Procedural Rules based on consensus reached in the OPS committee.
NEED/IMPACT:
The Board of Commissioners last amended the Standing Procedural Rules in 2019. The Board referred this item to the OPS committee for a comprehensive review. The committee has completed their review and has agreed on language changes for the full Board to consider. The resolution includes a redline copy of the changes and a clean copy attached for review.
FISCAL IMPACT:

To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
