PURPOSE:
To Allocate an Amount Not to Exceed $6,400.00 to the United Barbadians in Georgia (UBIG) Women Empowerment for the Mum’s in Bloom Community Event
NEED/IMPACT:
The United Barbadians in Georgia (UBIG) Women Empowerment plays a vital role in strengthening the community by uplifting and investing in women from diverse backgrounds. UBIG driven by a deep commitment to serving our communities with integrity, compassion and dedication. The organization was founded on the principles of unity, philanthropy, and social responsibility. The Mum’s in Bloom event celebrates Mothers for their resilience, dedication and unconditional care.

Increase appropriations for the following account by the amounts indicated below:

Recommended Action
To approve the allocation of $6,400.00 from the District 3 Reserve for Appropriation and authorize the Chief Executive Officer or her designee to execute all necessary documents.
