PURPOSE:
Consists of providing the annual maintenance and support for the DeKalb County Gov CX City 311. The requested term will run from March 1, 2022 through February 28, 2023.
RECOMMENDATION:

Recommend approval of the sole source with:
Speridian Technologies, LLC, 2400 Louisiana Blvd NE Building #3, Albuquerque, NM 87110
Amount Not To Exceed: $212,640.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute contracts and all the associated documents.
