PURPOSE:
To consider accepting emergency supplemental funds in the amount of $16,200.00 for the DeKalb County Adult Felony Drug Court from the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council and adding the amount to an existing Grant Fund
NEED/IMPACT:
The Criminal Justice Coordinating Council has awarded $16,200.00 to the DeKalb County Adult Felony Drug Court. Funding will be used toward treatment & surveillance for program participants. The grant period is from April 1, 2026, through June 30, 2026. There is no required cash match.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funding for all services provided by Criminal Justice Coordinating Council Grant in the amount of $16,200.00. Funding must be spent by June 30, 2026, end of State FY 2026.

Recommended Action
To approve the resolution and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents. To accept $16,200.00 for DeKalb County Adult Felony Drug Court from the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council and appropriate the amount to an existing Grant Fund
