PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on June 27, 2024, to four (4) vendors, for a total amount not to exceed $1,300,000.00. On September 10, 2024, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for CPA No. 1338740 for a total amount not to exceed $850,000.00. This contract consists of providing cleaning services for associated storm water systems in DeKalb County. Three (3) awardees did not receive notices to proceed for their contracts due to failure to meet post-award requirements and one awardee’s decision to decline the award. On October 22, 2024, the BOC approved the award recissions for these awardees. This request seeks to exercise the 2nd renewal option through January 31, 2027.
