PURPOSE:
Pursuant to the Georgia Development Authorities Law, the Georgia Hospital Authorities Law, and the Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly Authorities Act where, for the appointment of Directors to the Development Authority of DeKalb County; for the appointment of Trustees to the Private Hospital Authority of DeKalb County; and for the Directors of the Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly Authority, the chief executive officer shall nominate individuals for confirmation by the board of commissioners as provided in Section 13A, CEO Thurmond nominates Ms. Rebekah Coblentz for reappointment to the Development Authority of DeKalb County in Post 8 of Group 4; to Post 8 of the Private Hospital Authority; and Post 8 of the Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly Authority. This is for a four (4) year term for the Development Authority of DeKalb County, which will expire December 31, 2025. This is a six (6) year term for the Private Hospital Authority, which will expire December 31, 2027. This is a six (6) year term for the Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly Authority, which will expire December 31, 2029.
