PURPOSE:
To revise current fees in line with the costs of providing services. The fees have not been updated since 2009.
NEED/IMPACT:
Needed to recover the costs of miscellaneous services provided by DWM that are not covered under the water commodity and sewer service charges. Moves the costs of increased services from the general rate payer to the specific entity that generates the charges.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Overall should result in neutral fiscal impact. Charges are to recover costs of services so if services are not required, no income and no expense.

To approve the resolution and update fees and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents
