PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on August 26, 2025 to Compliance EnviroSystems, LLC (CES) for an amount not to exceed $5,096,263.15 for the emergency cleaning of known sites experiencing sanity sewer overflows (SSOs) as well as assessing and cleaning other large diameter trunk sewers in order to prevent additional SSOs within the County using Totally Integrated Sonar and Closed Circuit Television (TISCIT) inspection techniques that allow the ability to view and clean the debris that is reducing sewer capacity. This request seeks to increase contract funds and term through March 31, 2027. The County has solicited and is in the process of awarding a contract for these services, but in the interim, services must be maintained in order to prevent SSOs and to meet the mandate issued by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
