PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on November 13, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $579,100.00. This request is for additional funding due to the discovery of unlisted and unreported inventory collected resulting in increased field-time travel and data analysis.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:

 

HCA Asset Management LLC, 5103 Lena Road, Suite 104, Bradenton, FL 34211

 

Amount Not To Exceed: $60,000.00

 

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
