PURPOSE:
Pursuant to Section 5-32 of the Code of DeKalb County, as Revised 1988, where each commissioner shall appoint a member to the Animal Services Advisory Board, Commissioner Dr. LaDena Bolton hereby appoints Bodae Vogt to the Animal Services Advisory Board in the position of Post 13. This is a three (3) year term which will expire December 31, 2027.
NEED/IMPACT:
The DeKalb County Animal Services Advisory Board was created to encourage and promote the humane and healthy treatment of animals in DeKalb County. Advising DeKalb County Animal Services and Enforcement, the Animal Services Advisory Board meets to develop long-term strategies for improving practices, service delivery, efficiency, and advise on facilities pertaining to animal services. Bodae Vogt will serve in Post 13.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No cost to the County.

To record the appointment of Bodae Vogt to Post 13 of the DeKalb County Animal Services Advisory Board for a three-year term, effective January 1, 2025 and expiring on December 31, 2027.
