PURPOSE:
Consists of piggybacking off the competitively let Statewide Contract (SWC) for purchasing thirty-six (36) months of MS Azure SCE service credits for licenses and services to operate the County’s business systems and data storage in our Microsoft Government and Commercial Tenants. The services are paid in advance and are expended as the systems and storage are being consumed. Since 2005, the County has entered into a Microsoft Enterprise Agreement with an authorized Microsoft reseller listed on the SWC. Three (3) quotes were obtained from three (3) authorized resellers.

Recommended Action
Recommend approval to purchase from SWC No. 99999-SPD-SPD0000060-0006 with:
Dell Marketing LP, One Dell Way, Round Rock, TX 78682
Amount Not To Exceed: $1,981,794.16
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contracts and all the associated documents.
