PURPOSE:
To ratify contract agreement number 1197176 for a Medical Director, to cover four (4) additional one year terms in an amount not to exceed $398,000.00.
NEED/IMPACT:
Agenda item number 2019-4828 approved the initial year of the contract in an amount not to exceed $99,500.00. Article 4.1 Term of the contract included the initial term of one year beginning January 1, 2020 with automatic one-year renewal terms for four (4) years through December 31, 2024. Approval is needed for the additional term periods.
FISCAL IMPACT:
To ratify approval of funding as outlined in contract No. 1197176 with The Emory Clinic, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $99,500.00 annually for a period of four (4) years totaling $398,000.00.
