PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 5, 2017, for an amount not to exceed $210,000.00. On December 4, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract by an amount not to exceed $315,000.00 and to extend the contract term through June 30, 2020. On July 14, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase the contract by an amount not to exceed $360,000.00 and to extend the contract term to December 31, 2021. On December 14, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 to increase the contract by an amount not to exceed $260,000.00 and to extend the contract term to December 31, 2022. On December 13, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 4 to increase the contract by an amount not to exceed $240,000.00 and to extend the contract term to December 31, 2023.
