PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on November 12, 2024, for an amount not to exceed $20,821,478.20. On November 10, 2025, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract term through May 31, 2026. This contract consists of resurfacing DeKalb County roads. SPLOST’s Construction Manager noted that the contractor encountered various delays and issues that prevented the work from being completed. This request seeks to increase the contract term through December 31, 2026 to allow for completion of the project. CONTRACT TERM INCREASE ONLY.
