PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on November 8, 2023, for an amount not to exceed $664,985.00. On July 8, 2025, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $664,985.00 and to ratify a previously provided contract term increase. This contract consists of providing post-offer pre-employment and fitness for duty physicals to candidates for employment and/or employees in the County. Exercising 2nd renewal option through May 31, 2027, to include payment of outstanding invoices and a price increase. This renewal is necessary to ensure the continued availability of required occupational health services for County hiring and workforce operations.
