PURPOSE:

Consists of emergency repairs to the Pleasant Hill Bridge. A solicitation was in process; however, bridge deterioration accelerated due to recent and consistent storms resulting in an immediate threat to safety for citizens using the bridge. Two (2) quotes were received.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Recommend approval of the ratification with:

 

Massana Construction, Inc., 115 Howell Road, Tyrone, GA 30290

 

Amount Not To Exceed: $351,142.13
