PURPOSE:
To Allow MARTA to Sublet 150 Square Feet of the 440 Square Feet that is Leased to DeKalb County at 3 Ravinia Drive from January 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026 for $1550 per month with 3% Escalation per year.
NEED/IMPACT:
MARTA’s current radio system does not provide proficient coverage to allow their first responders and other public safety personnel to communicate via radio. DeKalb County will assist MARTA with adequate communication to protect the lives and property of those who use the MARTA system
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no additional cost to DeKalb County. It will be a revenue source for DeKalb County of approximately $76,648.80
