PURPOSE:

Request the General Assembly to enact legislation that establishes State-wide gun storage requirements for all firearms.

 

NEED/IMPACT:

Reduce risk of unnecessary injury or death by firearms in the State of Georgia.

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
