PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 25, 2025, for an amount not to exceed $2,000,000.00. This contract consists of providing on-call professional landfill engineering and solid waste consulting services required for constructing, operating, permitting, and compliance at various solid waste management facilities in the County. This request seeks to exercise the 1st renewal option through April 30, 2027, for continued on-call services.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval to exercise the 1st renewal option with:
Stearns Conrad and Schmidt Consulting, Inc., dba SCS Engineers, 3175 Satellite Blvd., Suite 100, Duluth, GA 30096
Amount Not To Exceed: $2,000,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the renewal and all associated documents.
