PURPOSE:
Pursuant to Section 13A of the DeKalb County Organizational Act and the Housing Authorities Law, O.C.G.A. § 8-3-1 et seq., CEO Cochran-Johnson nominates Mr. Jerome Edmondson to Post 3 of the DeKalb County Housing Authority for a term expiring on December 31, 2028. Mr. Edmondson will replace Dr. Glenwood Ross, who continued to serve after the expiration of his term.
NEED/IMPACT:
The mission of the Housing Authority of DeKalb County is to provide sustainable and affordable housing as a platform to enhance lives.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No cost to the County.
