This contract consists of providing landscaping design, installation, enhancement, maintenance, and litter/debris removal services at various locations within the County. This request seeks to add the Department of Recreation, Parks & Cultural Affairs (RPCA) to this multi-year agreement under the same scope of work, for continuous PATH maintenance of the DeKalb County Trails and Greenways. Awarded by the BOC on April 25, 2023, for an amount not to exceed $2,096,267.60. On December 19, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $2,757,027.00. On September 10, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 for an amount not to exceed $216,000.00. On December 10, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 for an amount not to exceed $1,930,705.00. On March 11, 2025, the BOC approved Change Order No. 4 for an amount not to exceed $216,000.00. This contract consists of providing landscaping design, installation, enhancement, maintenance, and litter/debris removal services at various locations within the County.
