PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on April 12, 2016 for an amount not to exceed $1,727,604.00.  On March 14, 2017, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $1,727,604.00.  This request is to exercise the 2nd renewal option
