PURPOSE:

Consist of providing maintenance and support system needed to manage the daily operational needs for the court software system.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended approval of the sole source with:

 

Pioneer Technology Group, LLC,1100 Central Park Dr., Sanford FL 32771

 

Amount Not to Exceed: $750,000.00

 

Recommended Action

 and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents
