To confirm the appointment of Terry G. Phillips as County Attorney for DeKalb County.
NEED/IMPACT:
Section 13(c) of the DeKalb County Organizational Act provides for the Chief Executive Officer to appoint the County’s County Attorney, subject to confirmation by the Board of Commissioners.
FISCAL IMPACT:
