PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on February 26, 2019 for an amount not to exceed $640,000.00. On May 26, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $640,000.00 to complete remaining 2020 projects for RPCA. On June 23, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to add Facilities Management to the contract for an amount not to exceed $100,000,00. This request is to add DWM for an amount not to exceed $50,000.00 to complete the painting of County water storage tanks and treatment facilities as part of its beautification and maintenance routine.
