PURPOSE:

Contract No. 1010815 for use by PW - Roads and Drainage (R&D), the Departments of Watershed Management (DWM) and Recreation, Parks, and Cultural Affairs (RPCA). Awarded by the BOC on April 12, 2016 for an amount not to exceed $334,500.00.  This contract consists of providing various types of sod, sprigs and installation of sod.

Recommend approval to exercise the 1^st renewal option through April 30, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $465,000.00 with:
