PURPOSE:
Awarded on January 1, 2023, as a sole source purchase for an amount not to exceed $10,000.00. On January 1, 2024, Renewal No. 1 was approved for an amount not to exceed $10,000.00. On January 1, 2025, Renewal No. 2 was approved for an amount not to exceed $10,000.00. This contract consists of the provision of comprehensive risk management tools and the processing of subrogation claims non-fault accidents. The Department of Risk Management utilizes a web-based platform, enabling the County to fully manage all accident-related requirement. This request seeks approval to ratify previously provided contract term increase. This request also seeks approval to increase the contract amount and contract term through December 31, 2029, to establish a multiyear contract.

Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Alternative Claims Management, 8610 N. New Braunfels Ave. #210, San Antonio, TX 78217
Amount Not To Exceed: $30,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
