PURPOSE:
Consists of purchasing from the competitively let TIPS Contract No. 230105 for the three (3) year purchase of advanced monitoring services for the County’s network infrastructure. These services are designed to proactively identify network issues before users or critical services are impacted. Through continuous monitoring, Network Operations Center (NOC) resources are immediately alerted when a network element goes offline or exhibits abnormal behavior. This early detection significantly reduces mean time to detection (MTTD) and enables faster response and resolution. This three (3) year purchase includes on-site services if needed, professional replacement of failed equipment, followed by comprehensive testing and verification to confirm that the network is fully operational and functioning as designed.
