PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 27, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $6,753,291.00. On June 9, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract term through June 30, 2021. On March 9, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase the scope of work, contract term through January 31, 2022, and funding in an amount not to exceed $1,733,251.50. This contract consists of an evaluation study using CCTV inspection of gravity sewer mains of various sizes and various locations. The work also includes the manhole condition assessments of sanitary sewer manholes at various locations. This request will allow for the continued completion of large diameter sanitary sewer assessments, cleaning, and capacity restoration activities under the County's Consent Decree and EPA approved Contingency and Emergency Response Plan (CERP) and Ongoing Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program (OSARP).
