PURPOSE:
This project consists of the construction and expansion of the GCCS at the Seminole Road Landfill. Construction includes the installation of Landfill Gas (LFG) extraction wells, horizontal collectors, laterals, and associated appurtenances, installation of wellheads, pumps, odor control systems, and litter fencing. Additional components are the abandonment of existing wells, integration of the expanded GCCS with the existing system and completion of system start-up, and testing. This request also includes additional funding for owner-controlled contingency. Three (3) bids were received.

Amount Not To Exceed: $2,397,297.00 ($790,000.00 Contingency)
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
