PURPOSE:
To consider approval of termination of the Standardized T-Hangar Space Lease Agreement for T-Hangar Space A-14 with Dean Haldopoulos, effective December 31, 2025; and
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute the Agreement.
NEED/IMPACT:
In compliance with the current T-Hangar Space Lease Agreement, Section 8, Termination, the County and the Lessee desire to terminate the Lease Agreement for convenience because the Lessee sold his interest in the airplane and no longer needs the T-Hangar Space.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This is the termination of a revenue generating lease agreement. There is no cost to the County.
