PURPOSE:
Consists of developing and administering a selection and testing process as it applies to sworn candidates determined to be eligible for promotion. Two (2) rounds of testing will be conducted within a three-year period for three (3) ranks of order for Sergeant, Lieutenant, and Captain. Four (4) proposals were received.

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
