PURPOSE:
Consists of providing preliminary engineering design services for traffic signal operations and technology improvements in DeKalb County. Services will be performed in accordance with GDOT Plan Development Process (PDP), spanning from Concept Reports through Final Design. The project scope entails identifying the equipment required to install flashing yellow pedestrian signals as needed, alongside replacing, or installing reflective black backplates across at all locations. Six (6) bids were received.
This substitute is submitted to correct funding information.
