PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on November 12, 2019 due to a Consent to Assignment between Wells Fargo Bank and Remitco LLC for an amount not to exceed $216,000.00. On December 21, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract term through December 31, 2022, and funding in an amount not to exceed $125,000.00. On December 13, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase the contract term through December 31, 2023, and funding for an amount not to exceed $125,000.00. On December 19, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 to increase the contract term through December 31, 2024, and funding for an amount not to exceed $167,945.00. On February 11, 2025 the BOC approved Change Order No. 4 to extend the term through December 31, 2025 and increase funding for an amount not to exceed $134,000.00. This contract consists of the provision of lockbox services. This request seeks to ratify a previously provided contract term increase.
