PURPOSE:

Consists of piggybacking off the competitively-let cooperative agreement with the City of Charlotte, North Carolina through the U.S. Communities contract for the purchase of playground equipment with installation and surfacing.

Recommend approval to purchase from U.S. Communities Contract No. 110171 with:
