PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on April 9, 2024 for an amount not to exceed $500,000.00. On June 10, 2025 the BOC approved Renewal No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $500,000.00 through May 31, 2026. This contract consists of site restoration and maintenance for forty-six (46) County fields. Services primarily include mowing, pest management, irrigation, overseeding, fertilization, aeration, and dragging. This request seeks to increase contract funds to maintain services in the parks. This will allow for preserving safe, playable, and regulation-compliant park facilities for residents, youth sports leagues, and community programming, preventing field deterioration, reducing safety hazards, and extending the useful life of County assets.
