PURPOSE:
To amend previously adopted Resolution and Scope of Work in Agenda Item 2025-0240 to clarify the roles and responsibilities of an Independent CIP Monitor to monitor implementation of the County’s Water and Sewer Capital Improvement Program.
NEED/IMPACT:
An Independent Audit of the Department of Watershed Management and Other County Departments Is Essential to Ensure That Ratepayers' Funds Are Being Spent Properly and That the Board of Commissioners' Identified Capital Improvement Priorities Are Being Implemented.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Fiscal impact to be determined by received competitive bids.
