PURPOSE:
Consist of providing all labor, material, equipment, tools, engineering, taxes, insurance, excavation, backfill, compaction, cutting and patching, temporary facilities, supervision, permits, overhead, profit and incidentals necessary to complete the construction of three (3) new fire stations. The project sites are Station 5 - 4329 and 4345 Cowan Road, Tucker, GA 30084; Station 16 - 4242 Eastside Drive, Decatur, GA 30034; and Station 27 - 7558 Pleasant Hill Road, Lithonia, GA 30058. The new fire stations will enhance emergency response capabilities and provide modern, efficient environments for fire service personnel. Seven (7) proposals were received.

Amount Not To Exceed: $26,588,000
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
