PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on January 26, 2021, for an amount not to exceed $5,144,324.70. This contract consists primarily of sanitary sewer assessments along with manhole condition assessments and ancillary work. On July 12, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase funding in an amount not to exceed $5,611,257.89. This request is to extend the contract term through June 30, 2026, to allow the contractor to complete all things needed to finish the contract work. The contract has reached substantial completion and extending the contract will allow the contractor time to submit all data, invoices, and address any review comments from DWM.

RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 with:

Metals & Materials Engineers, LLC, 1669 Litton Drive, Stone Mountain, GA 30083
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
