PURPOSE:
Awarded on June 1, 2021, for an amount not to exceed $74,850.00. On June 25, 2026, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $94,350.00 and to increase the contract’s term through July 12, 2026. This contract consists of providing customized electronic cloud-based digital signature solution service that allows the County to complete and execute documents online. This request seeks to ratify a previously provided contract term increase. This request also seeks to increase the contract’s term through July 12, 2029, and funds to allow for the continuation of digital signature services related to the County’s Secured Signing Enterprise Plan.
