PURPOSE:

For use by the Departments of Watershed Management (DWM) and Recreation, Parks, and Cultural Affairs (RPCA), Public Works - Roads & Drainage (R&D) and Sanitation,.  Consists of the provision and installation of silt fencing, sandbags, straw and mulch for erosion control and landscaping. One (1) bid was received.
