PURPOSE:
Consists of providing all labor, site development, site utilities, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, permits and installation of a new recreation center building. The project location is 2501 Park Drive, Lithonia, GA, 30058. The new recreation center will provide accessible wellness and fitness opportunities, support youth through safe and structured programs, strengthen community engagement, and contribute to local economic and neighborhood revitalization. Six (6) bids were received.
