PURPOSE:

Awarded as an emergency on June 21, 2022 for an amount not to exceed $99,000.00.  This contract consists of piggybacking off the competitively let OMNIA Partners Contract No. R200401 for HVAC Equipment Installation, Services and Related Products. This request seeks to ratify a previously provided contract funds and term increase through September 30, 2024.

The summer heat wave caused overwhelming service requests and HVAC issues that could not be supported by the currently contracted vendors.
