PURPOSE:
Allocate $39,500 of District 4 Reserve for Allocation funds to Police Department to purchase FLOCK cameras to be installed up to two years in high priority District 4 locations.
NEED/IMPACT:
DeKalb County police have successfully deployed the FLOCK cameras and have used them to assist with crime investigations, arrest, and convictions.

Recommended Action
To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
