PURPOSE:
To appoint Frank Quinn as a member of the Recreation, Parks & Cultural Affairs Citizens Advisory Board to fill the term that expires on December 31, 2020.
NEED/IMPACT:
To ensure that District 1 has representation on the Recreation, Parks & Cultural Affairs Citizens Advisory Board. Frank Quinn has indicated his interest to serve in his capacity as a District 1 appointee for the term that expires on December 31, 2020.

Recommended Action
To confirm the nomination of Frank Quinn to the Recreation, Parks & Cultural Affairs Citizens Advisory Board, appointed by District 1 Commissioner, with a term to begin immediately and to end on December 31, 2020, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
